• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, Petunia’s Pack welcomes orders from outside the U.S. 🌎🐾 Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country. Shipping times may also vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most orders are processed within **7 business days**. Once shipped, please allow approximately **7 additional business days** for delivery. Some items are **made to order** and may require additional processing time; any extended processing times will be noted in the product description.

  Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen packages are outside of Petunia’s Pack’s control. We are happy to provide available tracking information and assist where possible, but customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  Yes. Return or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the order’s delivery. Once your request has been approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 business days.

  All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unworn, clean, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return approval and the correct return address.
